Goals for 2011:

1. Broaden the range of business involvement in skills training
2. Increase the availability and quality of vocational training for young people 14-19
3. Increase the link between the aims of a skills strategy and inward investment
4. Increase the proportion of skills within the workforce
5. Improve lone parents access to training and education
6. Increase the basic skill levels of people within the tourism industry
