What we do	We run an extensive "Football in the Community" programme, including free curriculum coaching for local schools with qualified AFCB coaches, for children from 5 to 15, and after-school soccer clubs. We also arrange players' visits to schools, and day trips to the stadium, as well as providing discounted tickets to schools that both add to school funds and enable pupils to watch professional football at little cost. The Club has IIP status and is committed to using local people in all its activities. Our staff and players support local charities in fundraising initiatives on a regular basis. We are committed to working closely with the local Council to develop the facilities at the Fitness First Stadium for the benefit of the local economy and community.
Contribution to Partnership	AFC Bournemouth is the only Nationwide League football team in Dorset. Our home, the Fitness First Stadium at Dean Court, is a brand new facility, capable of hosting not only professional football but conferences, training courses, outdoor events and concerts. AFC Bournemouth is a Community Club, protected from take over by our unique constitution and legal structure. Our 2002 share issue to the supporters will make us a truly community owned organisation.
