Contribution to Partnership	Barnardo’s manages three Children’s Centres’ in the Borough – Queens Park (includes Westbourne satellite) Stokewood and Winton. These services are for families with children 0-5yrs. We have a range of activities within the centre and a team of outreach and family support workers to work with groups and services to ensure we meet the needs of local families and children. Barnardo’s also manages the GAP (Games, Activities and Play) service – matching support workers to children with disabilities to enable them to attend out of school activities.
