What we do	Giving free entertainment and hopefully raising the awareness of the community and helping local charitable organisations. Getting local organisations to get people into Bournemouth to appreciate what Bournemouth has to offer.
Contribution to Partnership	The Bournemouth Carnival present a week of entertainment and activities on the beaches at Alum and Durley Chine, in the Bournemouth Pier precinct and Pleasure Gardens with contests and competitions for all children. There is no entry fee and the committee raise all necessary funds for the presentation. The week finishes with a Grand Carnival procession through the town All profits raised through collections and donations are given to local worthwhile charitable organisations especially those that assist us Carnival week is normally the first full week in August each year
