What we do	The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. To provide the advice people need for the problems they face. To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. By seeking to work in partnership with others to provide the level and range of advice services needed in Bournemouth.
Transport Information	Parking: There is free 1 hour parking on Bourne Avenue, adjacent to the Town Hall. Alternatively there is Pay and Display Parking at Apoca Car Park in the Triangle and West Hill Car Park on Braidley Road.
Service Information	Service Availability: Our doors are open for Advice Service Drop-in between 9am-2.30pm. Our Advice Line is open between 9.30am-3.30pm. Facilities: We now also offer an advice service via email: admin@bournemouthcab.co.uk However please note that we can only accomodate people from the bournemouth area.
