The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
By seeking to work in partnership with others to provide the level and range of advice services needed in Bournemouth.

Parking: There is free 1 hour parking on Bourne Avenue, adjacent to the Town Hall.
Alternatively there is Pay and Display Parking at Apoca Car Park in the Triangle and West Hill Car Park on Braidley Road. |

Service Availability: Our doors are open for Advice Service Drop-in between 9am-2.30pm.
Our Advice Line is open between 9.30am-3.30pm. Facilities: We now also offer an advice service via email: admin@bournemouthcab.co.uk However please note that we can only accomodate people from the bournemouth area. |
