What we do	Samaritan’s Strategy 2009 – 2015 is directed towards alleviating emotional distress and reducing the incidence of suicidal feelings and suicidal behaviour. To achieve this we are hoping to reach out to more at risk groups to work with individuals, groups and communities working in the same field and try to influence public policy on the issue of suicide. Being a partner of Bournemouth 2026 and in particular having a membership of the Investing in People Forum and the Health and Wellbeing Forum would enable us to do this as well as contributing towards achieving goals 5.5.1, 5.7.1-6 in particular.
Contribution to Partnership	We provide confidential, non judgemental, emotional support 24 hours a day.
