What we do	KeyRing supports people with learning disabilities and Asperger Syndrome to live independently, having their own tenancies and the support to do this. It does this by setting up “Living Support Networks” made up of 9 members and one Community Living Volunteer who lives nearby, It supports members to be an active member of their community. There are Networks in Boscombe, Springbourne and Winton.
Contribution to Partnership	Supporting people to take an active role in their communities. All KeyRing members are Bournemouth Citizen and access a cross section of services. KeyRing supports people with learning disabilities and Asperger Syndrome to having their voices heard when they need to raise particular issues. The people KeyRing supports can at times be hard to reach and so each person has the opportunity to join Bournemouth People First so as they can be indirectly involved in the Bournemouth Partnership and have a bigger voice. KeyRing being an Associate Member gives people a chance to be involved as a group and through attending conferences. KeyRing members would feed in through the Bournemouth People First, it is unlikely they would come to sub group meetings unless there was a particular issue.
