What we do	Rethink is the leading national mental health membership charity, works to help everyone affected by severe mental illness to recover a better quality of life. We currently provide over 85 community support services. We provide a wide range of high quality services which are carefully planned, managed and monitored and we support the people who use our services towards achieving their potential – especially in Bournemouth
Contribution to Partnership	We promote a positive approach for people experiencing or recovering from mental ill health. We do this by providing therapeutic course/workshops which enable individuals to learn skills to manage their mental ill health. We offer a range of courses: WRAPS (Wellness Recovery Action Planning), coping style, anger/anxiety management, assertiveness, healthy/positive living, improving self confidence, building self esteem, relaxation techniques etc.
