What we do	Working in partnership with Bournemouth Borough Council, the Association intends to continue to develop new housing to a high quality, which meets the needs and aspirations of residents, at an affordable rent.
Contribution to Partnership	Spectrum is one of the largest social landlords in the South. We work in partnership with others to provide good quality homes and services. We aim to put our residents at the heart of everything that we do, support working communities and work as one organisation. Members of our Group are; Signpost Housing Association, Signpost Care Partnerships, Western Challenge Housing Association, Medina Housing Association, Spectrum Property Care and Signpost Homes.
