| What we do |
By bringing together the various elements of the community the Southbourne Area Forum seeks to engender local civic pride, encourage good practice and the local achievement of targets in the community plan. It will initiate and support local projects and events to improve the area.

| Contribution to Partnership | The Southbourne Area Forum is one of several area fora being established across the borough to act as a focus for local communities to be informed of current situations. To provide a platform for discussion and proactively work with the Council, other service providers and voluntary groups to improve the area. It is run by residents for residents, independently of the Council, but working closely with it. |
