What we do	We are committed to building successful communities, consulting with and involving residents in this process. We are committed to use local labour and suppliers whenever possible, and work in partnership with Bournemouth Borough Council to regenerate the most needy parts of the Borough. Sovereign is actively working towards Investors in People. Contribution to Partnership	Sovereign Housing Association is a 'not for profit' Registered Social Landlord. Our aim is to provide high quality affordable housing for those in need based on our corporate Values of Quality, Fairness and Involvement. The regional office is based in Boscombe and we have over 300 properties for rent and shared ownership ('part pay, part rent') in Bournemouth.
