Bournemouth Borough Council is the biggest service provider in the town. As the accountable body it provides a link between the community and Bournemouth 2026.
The democratically elected leaders of the Council have played an important role in the development of this strategy and will continue to do so as we strive to achieve our goals.
Ward Councillors will continue to consult with their communities to ensure that services provided by the partnership meet the needs of the town.
In May 2007, a Conservative administration took control of Bournemouth Borough Council, following the local government elections. Their priorities for action within Bournemouth will also shape the town’s future.
