The Community Foundation

The Community Foundation is for Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole is an independent charitable trust and was founded in 2000. Governed by a Board of Trustees who represent the voluntary, statutory and business sectors across Dorset, it was formed to support community initiatives across the whole County of Dorset, including the unitary authorities of Bournemouth and Poole (hence the long name!).
