In 2011/12 the Customer Satisfaction Monitoring Programme, Measuring Up, will include 300 telephone interviews every six months with a number of the Council's Customer Contact Centres.
Those interviewed by telephone are selected from service user databases.
Two online surveys will also be conducted at six-monthly intervals with the Council's e-panel, covering refuse and recycling services and street cleansing.
The programme measures customer satisfaction to improve future service provision.
The results can be seen in the downloadable documents below.
