About this Consultation

This consultation aimed to obtain the views and opinions of landlords, tenants, partners and other community members on the following (for use in Bournemouth):

· The new EHCS Private Sector Housing Enforcement & Prosecution Policy

· The current EHCS General Enforcement Policy

· Model Standards 2008 for Caravan Sites in England

Individuals and groups were contacted directly with electronic/hard copies of the consultation document as appropriate. The consultation documents were also available on the Bournemouth Council website and a link placed on other organisations' websites (e.g. Park Home Association). A meeting was held with landlord representatives.
