About this Consultation

The Government is introducing changes which mean it will be possible for Councils and other providers of affordable rented homes to grant a fixed term tenancy.

The Localism Act 2011 requires housing authorities to develop a Tenancy Strategy which sets out the local strategic priorities which will be met by Registered Providers through the use of flexible tenancies.

This online questionnaire summarises the main policy principles of the draft Tenancy Strategy for Bournemouth and seeks your views which are essential in developing this document and setting the direction for the changing housing offer in the town.
