What we do	We want to help shape the future of Bournemouth + in particular ensure that Boscombe & Springbourne continue to recieve the level of commitment and support they need.
Contribution to Partnership	The Phoenix Group was established following the closure of Neighbourhood Management in 2009. The group is made up of former board members from Neighbourhood Management and have the following aims: Manage a small grant scheme for the Boscombe & Springbourne area operating on a regeneration theme. Act as an independent conduit between residents and the local authority/partner agancies in terms of registration , planning & highways issues etc. Act as a local representative for consultation which is undertaken on strategic plan for the Boscombe & Springbourne area. Continue to lobby for the on-going investment and regeniration of the area ensuring benefits are reaped by all. Operate on a not-for-profit basis.
