The BPRG is a multi-agency group committed to making the Bournemouth and Poole conurbation a safer place by ensuring that we and our partners can respond effectively when incidents do occur.
We are part of the Bournemouth, Dorset & Poole Local Resilience Forum.
The aim of this site is to provide links to government and non-government advice sources for a wide variety of emergencies that may affect our communities. This advice is for residents, visitors and businesses.
THE BOURNEMOUTH & POOLE RESPONDER'S GROUP AIMS
The aims of the group are as follows:
To further the development of resilience in the conurbation by promoting the sharing of information and practices to assist organisations to review and test their emergency, contingency and disaster recovery plans.
To build on the strength of existing community partnerships and further the development of links between all sectors to enhance resilience in the conurbation.
To identify and promote best practice across Bournemouth and Poole when addressing risks. For more information on the BPRG risk profile statement and the associated Community Risk Register click HERE
To meet the challenge of public confidence and reassurance that agencies are committed to working together.
